친콴타 회장은 인터뷰에서 "빙상연맹 관계자와 이해관계가 있다고 해도 멍청한 사람이 심판 하는 것을 바라냐?"며 "이해관계보다 훌륭한 심판이 활동하는 것이 더 중요하다고 생각한다"고 망언해 또 한 번 논란을 일으켰다.
